- Trim Your Wick: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn to prevent soot and ensure an even flame.
- First Burn Matters: Allow the melt pool to reach all edges of the vessel during the first lighting (about 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
- Burn Time: Do not burn continuously for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
- Safe Placement: Always burn within sight on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, and children. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
